SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Every Haunts 365 production operates under a documented safety framework. The following standards apply to all public shows, including The Beginning: Bunker 66.
Age & health advisory
Not recommended for guests under 13. Not suitable for guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety, claustrophobia, or pregnancy. Guests enter at their own risk and must acknowledge the advisory before purchasing tickets.
Emergency exits
All rooms contain clearly marked emergency exits accessible to staff at all times. A safe word is provided to every group at entry — speaking it immediately stops the experience and escorts the guest out safely.
Staff coverage
Trained floor staff are stationed throughout the attraction at all times during operating hours. All staff complete orientation covering emergency procedures, guest distress recognition, and safe-word protocol.
Fire & occupancy compliance
Each venue engagement requires venue-specific fire marshal approval, occupancy certification, and special-event permitting before doors open. No show runs without signed compliance documentation on file.
No contact policy
Haunts 365 operates a strict no-contact policy. Actors do not touch guests. Guests may not touch actors, props, or set elements. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.
Strobe & sensory effects
The attraction uses strobe lighting, total blackout sequences, directional audio, fog, and simulated mechanical sounds. Guests with photosensitive epilepsy or severe sensory sensitivities should not enter.
