Custom Build
You have a concept, a venue, and an audience. We design and construct a fully original haunted attraction from the ground up — themed, staffed, and production-ready.

Pre-Built Rental
License an existing Haunts 365 production — including The Beginning: Bunker 66 — and bring a fully realized, battle-tested attraction to your venue with minimal lead time.

THE PROCESS
Initial inquiry
Submit the inquiry form below with your venue details, target dates, and service tier. We respond within 48 hours to schedule a discovery call.
Discovery call
A 30-minute call to walk through your venue, audience, budget range, and timeline. We assess fit and outline what a production at your location would require.
Proposal
We deliver a written scope of work, production timeline, and pricing within 5 business days of the discovery call. No obligation to proceed.
Contract and deposit
Once terms are agreed, a contract is signed and a deposit secures your dates. Production planning begins immediately.
Build and rehearsal
Our crew handles load-in, build, and technical setup. Actor orientation and a full dress rehearsal are completed before doors open.
Run of show
We operate the attraction for the agreed engagement window. Our team manages floor staffing, safety, and nightly operations end to end.
